Terms & Conditions
In Process!
We are in the process of creating an exhaustive Terms and Conditions section that is relevant to our business.

Currently, our T&C is as follows:
By using this site you agree that any images, descriptions of games, the business name, website name, catch phrases, or any other commentary or art therein are the sole property of the owner(s) - usually, in this case, Colin Stratton and/or Kenneth Zieres acting as themselves and/or Happy Zombie Studio (hereafter HZS), and in the case of art, Ella Stratton or K0r1 - and may not be copied, reproduced, or otherwise used by any other entities without the express permission of the respective owners. Happy Zombie Studio, HZS, the zombie head image, and the cartoon likenesses of Colin Stratton, Kenneth Zieres, and Ella Stratton are all copyright the aforementioned individuals. Any art created by K0r1 remains her intellectual property per any contracts between said artist and HSZ and/or its founders.
Any resemblance that any card art or box art imagery, names, titles, or descriptions pose to individuals living or dead, or other characters that may already exist, is purely coincidental.

Our subreddit, Discord server, YouTube channel, Facebook page, and any other social media accounts that we may create or own under the Happy Zombie Studio/HZS name(s) are public. That means that by posting on, interacting with, liking, subscribing to, or joining any social media accounts we share, you agree that we may use your comments, likeness, suggestions, or ideas on any of the above mentioned social media accounts, may share your reviews of our games or company on said accounts or our website, or may use your reviews or comments in any published materials. You understand that the general public may see your interactions with our social media accounts and you acknowledge this and agree to not share, post, comment, or otherwise interact with any of our social media presences in an inappropriate manner. If you do, we reserve the right to ban or otherwise restrict your interaction with any or all of our social media, play testing, or other media however we see fit and to the degree we see fit, up to and including preventing you from purchasing any games or other media we may publish in the future. Additionally, you understand that unfortunately we cannot constantly control all interactions had with all of our social media accounts and that may mean that you may occasionally see, hear, or otherwise encounter material that you may find unpleasant or otherwise unwelcome. We appreciate any and all efforts to make us aware of inappropriate material so that we can deal with it swiftly to ensure that our presence remains a family-friendly one.

Currently, we are not accepting payments as we are not selling any products yet. However, once we are, or should you choose to donate any funds through any method to our company or to any crowdfunding source we choose to use, you understand that we are bound by the payment methods' legal agreements. This may include an inability to issue refunds, inability to issue refunds through the original payment source, or certain as-of-yet-unknown restrictions on any aspect of any purchase or donations made. Additionally, as we are not a 501(c)(3) charity or any other form of non-profit registered in the United States or any other country, any donations made through any payment source or crowdfunding effort are not tax deductible in the United States unless the crowdfunding source specifically states in their legal documentation and agreement that they would be.

Through use of our site, any crowdfunding sites we may choose to use, and any and all interactions with our social media accounts, you agree that you are bound by the laws and regulations of the United States of America and the country in which you are accessing any of the above.
